Our Migration Guide would also be a good addition to this list: MPECS Inc. Blog: SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 Migration Guide.

The Migration Guide is a very fluid document as it is being updated on a regular basis with our migration experiences.

The Migration Guide ties right into the SBS 2008 Setup Checklist as it refers back to the checklist for the various SBS OS setup steps.
